New Beginners Yoga and Pilates Series

Join Ian Wrede and I at Pilates for Life in Allen, TX as we explore the basics of a life long Yoga and Pilates practice.  This series was created for beginners although it would be great for the Yoga or Pilates practitioner who wanted to get back to the basics; focusing on precise alignment, the practice of pranayama, and the cultivation of bodymind awareness.

The classes will be 80 minutes long consisting of 40 minutes of Yoga followed by 40 minutes of Pilates.

First class of the series begins at 3:30pm-4:50pm on Sunday, January 30th, 2011.  Classes are every Sunday at 3:30-4:50pm and Wednesdays at 5:20-6:40pm.  You have the choice of signing up for one class a week at the rate of $25/session.  And the choice of signing up for two classes a week a the rate of $20/session.

    Question, his best friend would like to come too some time. Does he need some sort of permission slip or something signed by his parents?

    • Awesome! Yes there will be a liability release for him and his parents to sign. It’s going to be a lot of fun! So happy you and Devin are joining!!
