I’m taking the plunge next month and going to Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivananda Ashram in Nassau, Bahamas! Wish me luck as I will be staying in a tent for a month! It has been a while since I’ve camped, and I’ve never done it in a tropical climate. Any advice you can send on to me, please do!
The training class is a month long. 14.5 hour long days, six days a week! Please check out http://www.sivanandabahamas.org/index.php?page_id=4&tat=67 for more information on the training.
Want to come along?! There are still spots available and I’d love some company!
I love it.
How exciting! I’m so proud of you! What an adventure. And amazing to me that you can do all of this with a son. Sometimes I feel like ME ended when I had Gavin and I feel lost. But I know it is just the beginning of my journey and Gavin is just the path. I so wish I could join you, but fear holds me back. Along with the challenges of everyday life! I bet you are going to miss your son, but what an opportunity to continue finding your self! Can’t wait to hear about it!
Sarah,
Us supermoms have to make time for ourselves! You know that!! I find that I am a better mommy when I’ve taken some time to take care of myself. That makes giving my all as a mommy less exhausting!
I am VERY fortunate to have a supportive family who is watching Tre while I am gone. He will be in Kansas getting dirty, playing in the dirt while mommy is far away finding some inner space. 😉 We are all totally pumped for the adventure.
I plan on journaling thru the experience and I will gladly share the experience with you.
Sarah, come to Dallas to visit when you can. The boys can play in the yard and we can chill on the patio and drink some tea 😉
Much Love,
Shanell
sounds like fun!!!
Wish I could do that.
Enjoy yourself.:)
Thank you!
