Spring is when life’s alive in everything.
—Christina Rossetti
Every year, about this time, I have a renewed sense of purpose when it comes to my yoga practice. The sun starts to shine, blossoms fragrantly scent the air, and I have an intense urge to get outside, lay down my mat and awaken my body in the midst of all nature’s beauty.
I have observed myself, with humor and wonder, following the patterns of nature in my practice. Gone are the cold days of winter and my quiet restorative practice. Spring time brings with it an aire of new beginnings and fresh perspectives. This year my heart-opening practice feels like a flower blooming with infinite possibilities.
It is going to be a beautiful spring!
